Having a healthy diet and exercising for at least 30 minutes a day could help to keep your mental health stable. Not bottling up your feelings and talking to a friend or a family member is also recommended. It’s hard sometimes to determine for yourself whether going to a psychologist/therapist is necessary, or if it will help at all.
