Thinkers (T) make decisions based on logic and non-personal evaluation. They use their brain to think and not their hearts.

Judgers (J) prefer a lifestyle that is energetic, planned and ordered. They like an organized and controlled life.

An ESTJ in a nutshell:

ESTJs are naturals when it comes to organizing.

They are level-headed, articulate and direct.  People know exactly where they stand with an ESTJ.

ESTJs are strong personalities.

They are result-oriented, organized, social, have an outspoken opinion and are often traditionalistic.

Of all the different personality types, it is usually ESTJs who want to have everything under control.

ESTJs are strongly motivated to create and maintain a comfortable, safe and organized life. If anyone can do it, it is an ESTJ!

They work hard but have fun at the same time. They are pleasant company, because they know how to find the balance between seriousness and responsibility on the one hand and fun and entertainment on the other hand.

People usually rely on ESTJ’s for the organisation of activities, because they know it’s in good hands with an ESTJ at it.

Because of their strong sense of right and injustice ESTJ’s share the world in good guys and bad guys. Right or wrong..

Their life-philosophy could be described as: What I show you, is what I am.
